Hi, I’m George, the founder of Entelechy Coaching

At the heart of my coaching practice is a belief: we all have untapped potential waiting to be realized. True transformation happens when we take intentional steps—no matter how small—toward our goals. This is the foundation of Entelechy Coaching, where I partner with individuals to uncover their potential and create meaningful, lasting change.

Having personally navigated the challenges of life’s transitions, I understand that transformation requires more than just setting goals. It takes integrity, purpose, and disciplined effort. These values inspired me to train as an Integral Coach and create a practice where compassion meets structure, empowering clients to embrace their strengths and overcome challenges.

Methodology

At Entelechy Coaching, our work is guided by the proven methodology of Integral Coaching Canada™.

  • We’ll work together to identify where you are, where you want to go, and co-create a personalized program to guide your journey.

  • Through tailored practices, you’ll build new capabilities aligned with your aspirations.

  • We reflect on your progress, celebrate your growth, and establish tools to sustain your transformation.

This methodology ensures that every step is intentional, meaningful, and tailored to your unique goals.
